Dr. Andrey Filimonov, MD, specializes in otolaryngology with a focus on rhinology and skull base surgery. He earned a pharmacy degree from Rutgers Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy and a medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. Dr. Filimonov completed his otolaryngology residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and pursued advanced training in rhinology and skull base surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Currently, Dr. Filimonov is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. His expertise includes treating sinus conditions like congestion, nasal polyps, deviated septum, allergies, and nosebleeds, as well as complex skull base issues such as sinus tumors and pituitary cancers.
